Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust (the Trust) was legally established on 1st November 1993, and offers a comprehensive range of acute hospital based services to around 400,000 people in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Bexley. The Trust offers professional care, exceptional quality from several sites in Kent and South East London, providing patients with the latest technology for their treatment in safe, comfortable and clean surroundings.

The Trust's team of around 2300 professional and friendly staff provide care for patients across a full range of Inpatient and Outpatient care. The Trust’s main site is Darent Valley Hospital, on the outskirts of Dartford, but services are also provided from Queen Mary’s Hospital in Sidcup, and Erith & District Hospital. In addition, some Outpatient services are provided at Gravesham Community Hospital, whilst the Trust also provides Inpatient rehabilitation facilities at a local community facility.
